Equitable Mindfulness Presentations, Workshops, and Trainings
1 hour – 2.5 hour (contact for pricing)
In today’s world, there is deep need to contend with global grief and explore grounded ways of healing and liberation. Is mindfulness, a seemingly individual practice, able to engage us in communal healing and wellbeing? Additionally, how does this translate into the wellness of a workplace? This workshop will focus utilizing the foundations of the Equitable Mindfulness Framework to discuss ways to create authentic connections across social differences and to support engaging in equitable decision making. This workshop will be experiential – focusing individual “doing” to promote the community “being”.
